Our key holding service is the ideal way to secure easy access to your property both for you and your guests. How often have you been sat on the aeroplane and a thought has raced through your mind! "Have I picked up the keys" ? "Did my partner put the keys in her bag" ? Knowing your spare keys are safely waiting for you here in Spain gives you peace of mind for having the good sense to employ a legally registered key holding company to hold your keys. 

 

Each set of keys is tagged with a reference number and stored in our secure key storage. We do not tag your address to the keys like some other companies or are perhaps just kept in a drawer by a neighbor. We provide total security for you and your insurance company.

 

Here are some of the sevices we provide:

 

HOLD KEYS to Property, Meet and Greet owners guests as required, Clean Property and Provide a laundery service.

Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly Property Inspection checks can be arranged.

We can also help owners to access their utility accounts ie: electricity & water bills and assist with providing passwords for their on-line billing.

 

The above services are merely a guidline and may not be suitable for all owners. We can supply a more tailormade package to suit an individuals needs and requirements.
